Where should you ride your bike this summer?

Do you have any particular roads, trips and so on you would suggest for this summer?
Please mention the country/region you are writing about (I suppose a trip to Australia isn't that easy for an European rider)

There is one place that I love to visit every summer and it is situated on the northeast coast of Newfoundland,Canada. The area has real nice camping areas that you can registar at and there is a stretch of beach around a area called Windmill Bight where the area right on the ocean, is flat and a beautiful place to set up a tent with lots of room for friends. The ride along the ocean there is a wonderful ride and even if you are riding alone it is completely safe and serene.

I am trying to post a pic here of the route to those sandy beaches I was talking about. The route number is #330 in Newfoundland.Perfect spot for bikers to camp.If anyone needs any info about camping around Newfoundland, for bikers, just ask me and I will try to help you.I have spent the last 12 years travelling in my own province and could not believe the things I did not know about. The best thing I liked doing this was I did not need to stay at campgrounds if I did not want to and was never harassed by anyone.Sometimes it is better to camp near the ocean away from everyone so as to not have to worry about making loud noises and bothering anyone. All you need is camping gear(tent, raingear, etc) and a few friends.

Anyone who comes to S.F. Bay area, California needs to do this one.
Hwy 92 south to Hwy 9, east to Stevens creek/ San Carlos ave, (stop in Saratoga for breakfast and a strech, East to Hwy 130 (Alum Rock road) up to the top of Mt. Hamilton, (very tight, lots of turns ) stop at Lick observatory befor dropping down into the livermore valley. Stay On Hwy 130 ,after the turns the staights will be welcomed.... it turns into San Antonio road for quite some time and it will turn north, By now you should be hungry ! Stop in @ the junction restaurant, relax..... Eat the burger (Vegitarian food too) Head North to Livermore & hwy 580. west to 80, S. to Hwy 92 and back across the bay !!
A day you will remember.

Thailand
im a uk biker reborn living here in thailand, the weather is perfect for riding, the scenery is stunning, and if you get caught speeding the fine is about 200 baht (2 euro) this is tea money, the beer is as good as in europe only one third the price, the eye candy is stunning and approachable.i moved fro the uk 15 years ago, first to spain then after marriage went tits up met a thai lady on the net who im now married happily to,we live in thailand now and have done for the last couple of years.i buy bikes here to use,ive 3 at the moment,im getting to old to bend down to do repairs so i built myself a hydraulic bike lift (im an engineer by trade),i advertised this on the net in thailand and to my surprise ive now sold 20 plus of them,im just getting into bike trailers here, they have to be registered fully so slow process
anyway if there are any of you that fancy coming here for a good riding experiance get in touch i can help
happy riding to all mike
