Hey Guys, im in desparate need of the Suzuki GSX400F Katana's Workshop Manual, i took over the bike from someone who was abusing it badly, stripped it and found the big end bearings are buggered, Suzuki SA here where i am in South Africa cant seem to help as they need the colour of the bearings they claim which i obviously dont know, i went as far as to take the conrods and crankshaft to a engine rebuilding place to get the sizes of the Big end bearings journal and also of the the conrod but still Suzuki cannot help me, my only option is to get the manual so i can check my sizes to the manuals as theres 4 (four) standard sizes which i can use but i need the right one.

PLEASE someone help me, if someone has the manual please e-mail to me @ horndog_sa@yahoo.com

    Thanks

Mjello - looking into a GS & GSX service data (in paper form only) says that the crankshaft journal oil clearance has to be 0.020-0.044 mm and conrod big end oil clearence has to be 0.024-0.048 mm. Service data does not offer any other info on color codes of the bearing shell.
