Slow Support Response

I'm really dissapointed with the lack of support for download issues. Your site even warns users there are a lot of problems downloading and then you provide minimal to non existant support. I certanly won't waste my money paying for your service.
I'm done wasting my time here.

Actually, this is why I started this forum. Maybe some other users can help with the more mundane things (like signing up, logging in), since I really cannot keep up with 30-40 support requests a day, most of them related to simple things, that are clearly explained on the site.
Since most of the people that register can download, I assume problems are usually not on my side.
Sorry for your issues.

RMC, I think these people are in such a hurry for a "free" manual that they don't wait out the sign up process.
When I signed up (before and after the change), I had to wait several hours after clicking the email confirmation link, actually the second time I waited till the next day.
The wait certainly doesn't call for rude comments.

Why did you have to wait? This is how late the email came? :-/
When I tested it it comes right that minute. It takes me 1 minute to register a new account, 2 minutes the most.

I think this is indicative of peoples lack of respect, understanding, morals, ethics and self discipline.
To Any one out there that is pist with this site. Go spend a few years in Tafe or University, studying firstly how to programme a functional database for web Apps then How to successfully programme web design of this magnitude in all the computer languages (WINE, MAC, Linux, Unix, SUN and so on). When you have in your hot little hands a Diploma or Certificate, Then step up and see if you can achieve this in the real world.
And remember the RMC Admin gave up Christmas to deliver a better product to all of us, whether paid or free subscription holders.
Thanks again for that Admin guys can't fault site since.

RMC_admin, not sure why I had to wait, yes I got the email within seconds, but after confirmation, my login wasn't immediately accepted. It could of been a cookie thing, I eventually got in. I also use Mozilla FF.
