Mjello - four days ago registered as user, two days ago subscribed through PayPal, two days ago write through contact form. No reply what so ever, will I ever be able to download as a subscriber?

Mjello - a week ago I noticed the paypal renewal of my subscription, but my account has not been reset just yet. You do reset account at the 1. of the next month, when account is active and running?

Hi vamdrup-mc,

I had the same problem; set up a subscription, tried to download a file but couldn`t, checked my download allowance which was still zero, contacted RMC and got no reply so I decided to cancel my subscription sharpish. Dissappointed!

I have also sended a PM to RMC_admin and Motosteve, who is also an admin, but so far, no help at all. Surely disappointing.

I don't know what's up guys, I saw the last time RMC_admin (Andrew) was on was June 19 this year. Motosteve was on just recently but I think his power is limited.
for what it's worth, my down load count is at zero also and I sent Andrew an E Mail.

Mjello motomech - same thing was going on when I started my subscription late october. At the begin of november, one of the two did reset my account and enabled me to download. But this time in early december, it's like yelling in nowhere. No reply at all.

Quite sad, is however nice with a community which goes across brands. One can reach out to a biker or a wrench anywhere. I like that.

Again, sorry. I emailed both of them and have not heard a word back. I don't know what's going on. My download count reset but it was probably automatic since it's been over 30 days

Mjello motomech - things does look better now, two weeks ago, my account was reset, and I noticed the clock is ticking. Since the date of my subscription was like 24th of a month, perhaps limit is reset at that date. I was actually able of downloading again during the christmas days. Hopefully I will see a reset again within 12 days as of this minute.

glad to see you are able to download Lemmy, I noticed RMC_Admin hasn't been on since June 6th 2009 and Motosteve hasn't been on since November.
I don't know what's going on and my account needs to be reset also. My user ID doesn't match the session ID so I can't download either.

I hope everything is ok with both Admins.

Download is still snafu. My subscription disappered after I filed a complaint via paypal. Then I re-entered subscription, but so far, no news.

well, after this long of absence from the Admins it would appear that they jumped ship or something drastic has happened to both of them.
I'm very surprised the site is still up.
