If not, I have written a tutorial on how to use an FTP client here.

i have uploaded loads of hyosung manuals
cb160, xl200, xf650, and kz400 manuals,
some i had to rename and upload again as the connection dropped out and wouldnt let me overwrite the unfinished one,
