I have a 03  zx9r   When you turn the ker to the on position you always notice the gauges going full right before they go back left to zero...Does the fuel pump make a high pitch  whirrr sound @ this time (KEY to ON)  I dont remeber if it does or dosnt? I have had the bike stored for months   and it wont runn now  I belive its the Pump as  no noies @ all!   Any suggestions?
