I found a 1978/1979 Kawasaki KM100A on the side of the road.  I am looking for a Factory Service Manual or owner's manual to see if I can get it running.  It has good compression and good spark but will not start.  Looks like it might be missing an ignition?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
