MotoSteve, I keep getting this error on the download site, I can log in from my home computer but not on my laptop from my shop. I have cleared cookies and history but still doesn't work. This has been going on for a week or so now.
I get 2 error messages, one says can't find details about this user and this is the other

Error: Login failed... Failed inside $this->usertype->do_login()

I tried to download a manual for a rm 250 and it said I cant download becouse i reached my limit but I have no downloads recently.  Please help.  Thanks
