hello,
several months ago i registered in the repair manual club community and download area.
i downloaded 3 test files.
i have never been able to download again.
i tried re-registering with a new user name. the account was set up, but i never received a confirmation email.
how can i reset my account ?   there is a file i would like to download...

Hello tibs - sad to say, but what you said is no news here. I have registered and subscribed several times, but have only seen a limit reset two times within say 5 months by now. Same story in the automobile site, which looks much the same as this one, and same story as yours. It seem's like Admin has gone fishin' and ain't coming back. So you are looking at a huge database, and cannot come in there at all. Snafu.
