I just have registered my account and began a file download for a 2000 gsxr manual. As soon as the download began, I received an error message stating that my explorer had encountered a problem and immediately shut down, I went right back on line and logged in then tried to restart my download (which was not complete), I received an error message saying that I could not download because I had exceeded my limit. The file never downloaded! what can I do? I need that information today!
